Lady Gaga is all over the place. The same day that she cut the ribbon on Gaga's Workshop at Barney's, the 'You & I' singer hopped over to the 39th International Emmys to present acclaimed producer Nigel Lythgoe with a Founder's Award.

Dressed in a sexy black dress with a skin-showing slit, Gaga delivered the award at the Manhattan Hilton as this year's surprise presenter. She noted Mr. Lythgoe as her "favorite" producer, making sure to credit the 'So You Think You Can Dance' and 'American Idol' mastermind with her sweetest praises.

"I am honored to be here tonight, and I have shared many laughs with him on the side of the stage in my crazy outfits," Gaga told the crowd of Lythgoe, who has hosted the singer on many of his programs. She added, "He always helped to nurture and foster my crazy ideas, no matter how demographically unfriendly they were."

Though it was his moment to shine, the English director/producer couldn't help but return the favor, saying, "To be presented with this award by Lady Gaga is just astounding. She certainly, for my money, is the most creatively talented woman in show business right now."
