Talk about unappetizing! Lady Gaga is threatening to sue a London ice cream parlor over an ice cream flavor called 'Baby Gaga,' according to Starpulse. Baby Gaga is an ice cream flavor whose key ingredient is -- drumroll please -- breast milk.

The pop diva's attorneys have fired off a letter to Icecreamists, warning them to change the name of the um, sweet treat. Gaga’s legal eagles claim that the shop is using her fame and name recognition to promote their product, which is "deliberately provocative and, to many people, nausea-inducing."

The lawyers also suggest that the usage of human breast milk is unsafe and a health concern and that using the term "Gaga" in branding the product harms the singer's reputation. Her lawyers say she is guilty by association, essentially. Borrowing from Gaga's name or not, breast milk flavored ice cream sounds like it'd be a real taste bud turn off for most folks.

The ice cream makers, on the other hand, heartily disagree. Matt O’Connor of Icecreamists told The Evening Standard that "This is a David versus Goliath battle I'm convinced we will eventually win …. For Lady Gaga to accuse us of stealing her image is laughable when you consider how much she has borrowed from popular culture to create her look and music. She also seems to have forgotten that since the dawn of time the word gaga has been one of the first discernible phrases to come from a baby's mouth. This is why we chose the name."

O'Connor also said that Gaga basically has no room to talk. He took aim at Gaga's outrageous, highly visual antics on stage, saying, "As for her assertion that our product is distasteful, perhaps she should reflect on her blood-spurting performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, or the fact she wears clothes fabricated from the flesh of dead animals. We have applied to register the trademark Baby Gaga and are confident we'll secure this."

Strap yourselves in, pop culture watchers. This one is going to get ugly!
