Lauren Alaina Shows Off Pink Hair

Lauren Alaina's got new hair!

The 'American Idol' season 10 runner-up and our favorite 'Wildflower' tweeted a shot of her fab new style. She didn't change her basic cut -- she's still rocking mega long, wavy layers with side swept bangs and loads of volume at the crown. However, she did enhance the color, weaving hot and pale pink highlights through her face-framing layers. Alaina's buttery blond base also looks to be lighter and more golden than usual, especially at the crown.

Alaina tweeted: "New hair" and shared the shot. Judging from that smile she's flashing, she's into her new pink highlights and knows she wears it well. The pale pink matches her lip gloss, too.

We are used to seeing Alaina with the ombre, two-tone look and having darker strands woven throughout, but this looks like the lightest the 'Georgia Peaches' singer has gone. She's wearing her hair in a pile of curls on the ends in this photo, proving what we already know all along: Lauren Alaina has great hair.
