Mariah Carey Reveals Picture of Twins

What a good looking family! A picture of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's twins babies has hit the Internet, and from what we can see, "dem babies" -- as Carey so often refers to them on Twitter -- look like quite the pair of cutie pies. 

Although we can only see the backs of their heads for now, this shot is actually a still from Carey and Cannon's upcoming '20/20' special, which we reported on earlier this week. The songstress and her radio DJ hubby will let ABC's '20/20' host Barbara Walters into their home, giving a personal look into their lives and hopefully a facial glimpse of their twins Moroccan and Monroe, who were born on April 30, 2011.

In a teaser clip from the '20/20' special, which airs this Friday, Carey and Cannon shares their babies' nicknames -- "Roc and Roe." Walters also asked Carey, 41, whether she trusts Nick Cannon, 31, whom the songstress has been married to for three years. "Sometimes!" Carey jested.

Back in June, Cannon spoke about baby Roc and baby Roe, telling US Weekly, "My son is laid back like me. My daughter's a diva like her mom!"

The '20/20' special featuring Mariah Carey and company will air on ABC on Friday, Oct. 21, at 10PM EST.
