Will Maroon 5 play the 2016 Super Bowl Halftime show? Remains to be seen, but either way, they're planning to reach most of the country in 2016.

Today (November 6), the group announced they're hitting the road with Tove Lo, Phases and R. City for a North American Tour that'll kick off in Texas next September and wrap up in California in October. And in a video posted to the group's Facebook page, frontman Adam Levine already seems ready to get things moving.

"It's gonna be awesome, we're super excited to get out there," he says. "Very pumped."

And Levine told On Air with Ryan Seacrest this morning he credits the band's more recent success with the ability to keep pace with pop trends and adapt.

"We find ourselves in this position where we just continue to have this amazing success,” he said. “Having our songs on the radio has been the fuel in the tank for the band to perform live. We’ve always considered ourselves to be a live band. I think that’s the cornerstone of who we are."

Tickets will be available to shows starting November 14 via Ticketmaster.
