Maroon 5 and Train will embark on a full North American tour this summer, kicking off on July 22 in Chula Vista, Calif. The run will hit 40 cities before wrapping up on Sept. 24 in Houston, Texas.

The Grammy-winning artists have sold over 22 million records worldwide, and promise to deliver a combined set list of over 20 hits each night. The tour will stop at the Hollywood Bowl in California, which will mark the first time either band has headlined a show at the illustrious venue.

Gavin DeGraw has been tapped as the opening act for the first leg of the run, and Matt Nathanson will take over opening duties, beginning on Aug. 28 in Louisville, Ky. Tickets for select dates of tour will go on sale to the public on Friday, April 29.

Train has enjoyed years of success as a multi-platinum artist, thanks to songs like  'Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me),' 'Meet Virginia' and their latest smash, 'Hey Soul Sister,' which hit No. 1 in the US, as well as in 15 other countries. Maroon 5 recently released their third studio album, 'Hands All Over,' featuring the Grammy-nominated single 'Misery,' and frontman Adam Levine will make his debut on NBC's new series 'The Voice' on Tuesday.
