Miley Cyrus' antics have been getting her a lot of unsolicited celebrity advice lately and it seems like everyone from Sinead O'Connor to Elton John has something to say. While Miley usually blows it off, one person she may want to listen to is none other than Clarissa Darling herself -- Melissa Joan Hart.

Hart, now 37, once dominated the child actress niche in the '90s, starring in Nickelodeon's 'Clarissa Explains It All' and ABC's 'Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.' Now, the actress has written a memoir about her younger years, and has some advice to give to the Twerk Queen. And unlike some other celebs, Hart's advice is constructive, but supportive.

"People like Miley Cyrus, she's incredibly talented," the 'Melissa & Joey' star told MTV. "She got a lot of notoriety for, you know, acting like a young girl onstage. I think she'll be alright."

"You can't judge her on that," she added. "You have to wait another five to 10 years and see where she goes."

Hart continued, "You've got to be careful about what you put out there and what you really want people to know."

"And keep some for yourself! Keep some secrets so you can write a book later on," she concluded facetiously.
