Nickelodeon viewers will be seeing a very special guest on a forthcoming episode of 'iCarly.' First Lady Michelle Obama will be filming a guest spot for an episode of the hit television show, which stars up-and-coming pop stars Miranda Cosgrove and Jennette McCurdy.

On the episode, Sam and Freddie set up an illegal overseas webchat with so that Carly can talk to her dad on his birthday. After they are caught, the goofy trio is paid a visit by First Lady Michelle Obama, which starts off as scolding for their behavior, but soon turns into a positive message.

The overall goal of Obama's guest appearance is to promote the Joining Forces campaign, which raises awareness and assistance for military families. Although this may seem random to the 'iCarly' newcomer, it is actually appropriate, considering Miranda Cosgrove's character Carly Shay -- who lives with her older brother on the show --  is the daughter of a colonel in the U.S. Air Force.

Stay tuned for updates on the air date of Michelle Obama's episode of 'iCarly.'
