Miley Cyrus Sparkles in Green at Night of Stars [PHOTOS]

Miley's got back.

Miley Cyrus sparkled in an emerald green Marc Jacobs gown when she attended The Fashion Group International's Night of Stars last night (Oct. 22) in NYC. Cyrus was handing out an award to Jacobs, so of of course she wore one of his creations, which dipped dangerously low in the back, showing of her smooth, creamy skin and highlighting her derriere.

This is how you show lots of skin without being vulgar.

She looks good and she KNOWS it.

She paired the shimmery gown with matching eye shadow. A green-eyed monster of sorts!

We love seeing Miley get fancy. She probably can't twerk in that dress and trust us. We're NOT complaining.
