Nick Jonas and Macklemore are among the final performers announced for this year's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, People reports. Jonas joins a lineup that includes his 2016 tour mate Demi Lovato, who's set to sing both "Confident" and "Cool For the Summer." Carrie Underwood will headline the evening live from New York City.

Country star Luke Bryan will deliver a medley of hits, while Charlie Puth and Wiz Khalifa will perform their Grammy-nominated "See You Again." Ryan Seacrest — who's hosted the evening for 10 years now — will be live in NYC, with Jenny McCarthy playing reporter.

Meanwhile, Fergie will hold things down in L.A., in the West Coast-hosting role she's held since 2006. One Direction's pre-taped performance from Los Angeles will be one of their last before their hiatus.

A few of 2015's newer acts round out the lineup, including our Best New Artist pick Alessia Cara, Joe Jonas' DNCE and former member of The Wanted Nathan Sykes.

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2016 kicks off December 31 at 8pm eastern on ABC.
