If you’ve ever had the desire to hook up with One Direction’s Harry Styles but figured you didn't have a chance as a mere fan, don’t lose hope just yet.

During a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, One Direction played a game of Never Have I Ever but with family-friendly wooden paddles instead of alcohol. Ellen kicked things off with an obviously baiting statement, saying, “Never have I ever had someone write a song about me.” Harry — the rumored inspiration behind the majority of Taylor Swift’s 1989 -- held up the “I have never” paddle, to which Ellen responded, “We’re not gonna play if you’re going to lie.”

From there, the questions veered between personal (“Never have I ever made out with someone double my age,” which Harry has) and goofy (“Never have I ever used one of my bandmate’s toothbrush without telling them,” the answers of which revealed that both Niall and Louis are disgusting monsters). Then Ellen went in for the kill, saying, "Never have I ever hooked up with a fan."

The rest of the group held strong to their media training, holding up "I have never signs," while Harry flipped over to the “I have” side of his paddle, sending a ripple of hope through 1D fans around the globe. He quickly brushed it off by joking, "I think mine's broken."

Watch the video above and let us know how hard you think it is to do damage control for the members of One Direction.
