Suit up, gang: The official teaser trailer for 2017's highly-anticipated live action Power Rangers movie has finally landed!

Debuted at New York Comic Con during Lionsgate's Power Rangers panel this weekend (October 7-9), the clip, which reveals the first footage from the action-adventure film, introduces viewers to the five titular Rangers: Jason the Red Ranger (Darce Montgomery), Kimberly the Pink Ranger (Naomi Scott), Billy the Blue Ranger (RJ Cyler), Trini the Yellow Ranger (Becky G) and Zack the Black Ranger (Ludi Lin).

While the reboot has clearly mighty-morphed into a more modern version of the beloved '90s kids series, many elements from the original show remain, such as the Rangers' color-coordinated power coins, the characters' signature personalities and one of the franchise's most iconic villains, Rita Repulsa—who, played by Elizabeth Banks, makes a sinister appearance to antagonize Trini towards the end of the clip.

While the trailer doesn't exactly show the Rangers in their iconic power suits, it does give fans a brief tease at the very end, with Jason the Red Ranger's suit seeming to digitally materialize around him.

Power Rangers opens in theaters on March 24, 2017. Watch the trailer for the forthcoming origin story film above and let us know in the comments or on Twitter: What do you think of the film so far? Are you looking forward to watching it, or are the Power Rangers better left in the '90s?
