There's no 'I' in 'Glee' -- unless you're Noah "Puck" Puckerman. In a new video, the Puck-ster takes us behind the scenes of 'Glee: The 3D Concert Movie' and makes it clear that he's the grease that keeps the glee club wheels rolling smoothly.

"It's pretty cool, you know? Rocking out and rocking in people's places across the land," Puck, who is played by Mark Salling, tells the cameras. He reveals, "When I'm not up on stage I'm back here pumping iron," as the shot goes to him, Mike Chang and Sam doing pull-ups on the set equipment.

Like the trouble-maker that he is, Puck implies that he's McKinley High's hottest and that the live tour audiences are really there to see him. "You know, I'm a pretty good athlete, so I heard that this haircut might make me go a little faster ... Have a little edge on the competition," he says of his mohawk, adding a knowing smile before the short clip cuts off.

We can't wait to see Puck's antics -- and all of the 'Glee' gang -- in 'Glee: The 3D Concert Movie,' which hits theaters this Friday, Aug. 12.
