The latest track off Rihanna's hit album, 'Loud,' is a matter of life and death. The Barbadian beauty explores her reggae side on 'Man Down,' as she sings about gunning down a man in public.

The murderous tale lyrically recalls 'I Shot the Sheriff' by late Jamaican reggae legend Bob Marley, and the music pays respect to Rihanna's Caribbean roots. With island beats backing her up, RiRi tells the story of a good girl gone bad when she shoots a man down at a train station in an argument that goes terribly wrong: "What started out as a simple altercation / Turned into a real sticky situation / Me just thinking on the time that I'm facing / Makes me wanna cry."

'Man Down' has some tough acts to follow, with 'Loud' already generating such mega-hits as 'Only Girl (In the World),' 'What's My Name' and 'S&M.' But the track holds its own with its catchy 'Rum pa pa pum' chorus and its chill reggae vibe.
