Rihanna bares it all in an upcoming promotion for Nivea Cosmetics, which launches this May in conjunction with her 'Loud' tour.

The Barbadian 'Only Girl (In the World)' singer posed nude for 'The 100 Years of Skincare for Life' promotion, which celebrates Nivea's 100th anniversary.

"Over the past 100 years, Nivea has been an iconic skincare brand across the world that is built on the trust of our consumers," Nivea said in a recent statement. "We are excited to have Rihanna supporting us in our celebration and building a new generation of fans."

Nivea will act as title sponsor to Rihanna's U.S. and European 'Loud' tour, which kicks off June 4 in Baltimore, Md. The U.S. leg of the tour wraps up July 24 in Boston, Mass. The 23-year-old songstress will take 'F--- You' singer Cee-Lo along for the ride.

Rihanna completed a big feat in the internet world recently. The 'Pon de Replay' hitmaker marked one billion hits on YouTube, making her the fourth person ever -- among Lady Gaga, Eminem and Justin Bieber -- to hit the goal.
