Back in January, reports surfaced that Rihanna would be co-producing and appearing in a U.K.-based fashion reality show -- and now it's official.

The Barbados-born beauty may have questionable (okay, terrible) taste in men, but her fashion chops are pretty much undeniable. So snagging her for 'Styled to Rock,' which will air on the U.K.'s Sky Living HD network for ten weeks in August, seemed like a no-brainer.

Billboard reports the show will spotlight RiRi "as she mentors young British designers towards success, alongside her own stylist, Lisa Cooper, fashion designer Henry Holland and Nicola Roberts of pop girl group Girls Aloud." The final challenge of the series will be to design a stage outfit for one of Rihanna's live performances, and in the weeks before that, contestants will get to work with other celebrities.

In a first glimpse at the show, we see a very blond Rihanna talking about what fashion means to her as her latest single 'Where Have You Been' plays in the background. "I've always loved fashion," she says, smiling into the camera. "Fashion has helped shaped me into the artist that I am today."

In a press release, the superstar said, "I have been very fortunate to work with some truly amazing designers and stylists throughout my career, and they have been instrumental in making sure my creative vision reaches the stage ... I am excited to follow the journey of our aspiring contestants and see how their individuality influences their efforts during the course of the show."
