Sam Smith Performs on ‘Saturday Night Live': Watch

Following Jay-Z's musical appearance last weekend for the SNL's Season 43 premiere, this week's musical guest turned it down a bit with his soulful and soothing vocals.

Making his second appearance on the late night comedy show, Sam Smith took the SNL stage after three years, performing his latest chart-topping single "Too Good at Goodbyes" and his recent release, "Pray."

Smith's performance on Saturday Night Live followed the news of his next album, The Thrill Of It All, set to release next month (November 3) alongside North American tour dates.
