Taylor Swift and Alicia Keys didn't just show up to the 40 Principales Awards in Madrid in dresses with plunging necklines. They also performed at the event on Jan. 24, doing America proud.

Swift took the stage in a sparkly red top and black hot shorts, which she has done before, to perform a hauntingly pretty acoustic version of her major hit 'Love Story' and then she launched into a choreographed routine of 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.' She was typically Taylor -- just awesome and wowing her adoring audience with her note she sang and every chord she strummed.

During her red carpet interview, Swift showed off the extent of the Spanish language, which wasn't much. It was cute, just the basics. She said, "I love being in Spain," after a long, pregnant pause.

Keys turned in an extended, super-sized performance that ran nearly 20 minutes in length. She wore black pants and another sheer top showing off her bra and boobs. She opened with 'New Day' as part of her medley before launching into her most recent hit 'Girl on Fire,' while standing and playing piano, and then she sat down to deliver her version of 'Brand New Me.' Since it was the eve of her birthday, the crowd even serenaded her with a rendition of 'Happy Birthday' before she finished and left the stage.

Keys also won Best U.S. Artist and Composer of the last decade and she was handed the award on stage after the first half of her perf. There was a montage incorporated as well as a duet.

Keys also sang in Spanish on the carpet.
