'Teen Mom 3' star Mackenzie Douthit is a mom again. The reality star, 19, welcomed her second child, a baby girl, on Friday, Feb. 7.

The little girl, named Jaxie Taylor, was born at 2:30PM local time in Miami, Okla. via C-section. She weighed in at a healthy 8 lbs., 9 oz and measured 19 inches in length.

Her name pays homage to Douthit's grandfather Jack, while Taylor is her Douhthit's middle name.

Dad is her hubby Josh McKee.

Since Douthit suffers from Type 1 diabetes, doctors had to be extra careful during the gestation and birth. But everything went as good as possible. "My blood sugars and the baby's were fine during the delivery," Douthit told E! Online.

The happy new mom continued, "I am so thankful for a healthy baby girl. Many friends and family were praying and everything went great! She is a beautiful miracle from God. I feel very blessed."

Indeed Jaxie is a miracle, since Douthit said that the little girl saved her marriage and "kept our love alive."

Jaxie is also welcomed by big brother Gannon, 2.

Above is the reality star's last photo with Jaxie in her belly at 37 weeks! She was certainly ready to burst and her little girl was ready to meet the world.
