Last night, The Weeknd made his debut headlining as the musical guest for Saturday Night Live alongside host Amy Schumer. During the live performance of his Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit "The Hills," the contemporary R&B artist surprised the crowd by bringing Nicki Minaj on stage to lend a special verse to the track.

Dressed in a form-fitting color-blocked Balmain bodycon dress, Minaj joined The Weeknd onstage roughly halfway into his first performance on the show Saturday evening, strutting up to him before launching into her contributed rap verse. And while the joint performance was obviously very sexy—after all, the track itself just oozes sensuality—there's just something completely adorable and chemically-charged about these two teaming up. Look at those smiles at the end!

After performing, Nicki took to her Instagram to gush about her time on the show, sharing, "I had so much fun performing on 'SNL.' They're always a pleasure to be around. Thank you, Abel—'The Hills' remix is now on iTunes."

Nicki's surprise appearance was also in order to promote The Weeknd's new remix EP for "The Hills," which was released onto iTunes at midnight. The EP contains two shiny new official rap-powered remixes of the smash hit single, one featuring Minaj and the other featuring Eminem.

The Weeknd's sophomore album, Beauty Behind the Madness, dropped towards the end of August, and has so far spawned two massive hits: "The Hills," which was released as a single back in May, and "Can't Feel My Face," which the artist also performed on SNL.
