Good news for Tyga: An arrest warrant for the rapper was officially recalled by the court on Friday, August 12, after he was able to reach a private settlement with his landlord.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Tyga, who is currently on vacation in Turks and Caicos to celebrate the 19th birthday of his on-again, off-again girlfriend Kylie Jenner, was able to negotiate a settlement with his Malibu landlord, Daniel Abir, on Thursday, August 11, Abir's attorney confirmed.

"Things are back to normal," Boris Treyzon, lawyer for the landlord, confirmed to ET on Thursday. "Tomorrow we intend to ask the court to remove the bench warrant. Matters settled this afternoon between the landlord and Tyga."

Though a judge originally granted Abir a $480,000 judgement, due to a confidentiality agreement it's unclear as to the amount actually reached in the final settlement.

After initially failing to appear in court on August 9 after being summoned to discuss his finances, a judge issued an arrest warrant for the "Rack City" rapper and awarded Tyga's former landlord a hefty judgement for failed rent pay and damage to his Malibu home.

At the time of his summons, Tyga was on vacation, where he allegedly gifted Jenner a $200,000 car for her birthday.
