Amanda Bynes Says She’s Engaged to 19-Year-Old Boyfriend

Is Amanda Bynes engaged?

The former 'Nickelodeon' star has recently been photographed with a diamond ring on her left hand and claims in an interview with InTouch Weekly that she is engaged to her 19-year-old boyfriend. Bynes says that he works at a bait shop and goes by the name of Caleb.

"I am very needy for friendship and I hate men. I want to f-- them, but I can now say I'm engaged - get away from me,"  she reportedly told the magazine on Sunday.

She also claimed that she wants to give birth to only boys, saying, "I want boys, for sure. However many I can pop out. I don't want a gorgeous girl around. Then I (would) feel way jealous. Ew."

Bynes has been making headlines again ever since the troubled star was arrested for DUI in California on Sept. 28. She has since jetted back to New York City where she has been spotted out and about, with many people worried that she will relapse back to her ways almost one year ago.

It was reported in Oct. 2013 that Bynes was suffering from bi-polar depression and schizophrenia after many became concerned about her eye-raising incidents in New York City. A judge granted Bynes' parents a temporary conservatorship over her well-being after she bizarrely set someone's driveway on fire in California. She was treated at a facility for mental illness, and then released to her parents in Dec. of 2013.

For the better part of 2014, Bynes kept a low profile and enrolled Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise in California.

But ever since the DUI arrest last week, news outlets have learned that Bynes' parents had not seen or heard from her in over three months, and that she may have also gotten kicked out of school due to her erratic behavior.
