Beyonce has been making headlines with her charitable 'God Bless the U.S.A.' cover and new single, 'Run the World (Girls),' and now the R&B diva will be honored with the 2011 Billboard Millennium Award.

According to PopEater, the 'Single Ladies' singer will be celebrated on May 22 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The event will be hosted by comedian Ken Jeong.

Naturally, the former Destiny's Child star will not be partying alone. Cee Lo Green, Nicki Minaj, Pitbull, the Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum and Taio Cruz will all be on hand to perform at the ceremony.

With Destiny's Child, Beyonce released four studio albums and earned four No. 1 singles in the US with songs like 'Say My Name' and 'Bills, Bills, Bills.' The 29-year-old pursued a solo career in 2003 with the release of her debut, 'Dangerously in Love,' and has since earned 16 Grammy Awards while crushing Billboard records with her ground-breaking hits.

Beyonce's fourth studio album is due out later this year. Although a full tour has yet to be announced, the superstar will be performing at six European festivals this summer.
