Powerhouse R&B divas Beyonce, Mary J. Blige and Jennifer Hudson received multiple nominations in several music categories for the 43rd annual NAACP Image Awards. The nominees were announced on Thursday (Jan. 19) during a live news conference in Beverly Hills.

Bey secured the most nods with four including Outstanding Female Artist and Outstanding Album for her platinum-selling LP '4.' The new mom will be competing in the same categories as fellow mother J-Hud who secured three nods, including one for Outstanding Female Artist. The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul also follows with three nominations including Outstanding Video for '25/8.'

Elsewhere, pop crooner Cee Lo Green was honored with three nominations, while 'Rolling in the Deep' songstress Adele was bestowed two mentions -- Outstanding Song and Outstanding Music Video for 'Someone Like You.' Other multiple-category nominees include Jill Scott, Chris Brown and Anthony Hamilton.
