Claire Foy won the Golden Globe for Best Performance in a Television Series – Drama at the 2017 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night (January 8).
This is Foy's first Golden Globe win. The other nominees include Caitriona Balfe for Outlander, Keri Russell for The Americans, Winona Ryder for Stranger Things and Evan Rachel Wood for Westworld.
Hosted by Jimmy Fallon, the 74th annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony takes place at the Beverly Hilton hotel on Sunday, January 8, broadcast live on NBC beginning at 8 PM EST. The 2017 Golden Globes nominees were announced on December 12, with actress Meryl Streep selected as the honoree of the year’s Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award.
