Ellie Goulding Joins ‘The Voice’

If you're a fan of The Voice and a fan of Ellie Goulding, you're in for a major treat! The "Love Me Like You Do" will appear on the upcoming season 8!

Ellie signed on as a musical adviser for Adam Levine's team. She even shared an Instagram photo of the two, along with the caption, "Not really sure why I look 12 but I teamed up with @adamlevine on The Voice and it was awesome."

In case you're harboring any doubts that Ellie is amazing in this role, Adam had nothing but nice things to say about her appearance on the show.

"Ellie was so great," Adam told People. "She's so human and easy to talk to. You could tell she had a profound impact on my team, which is awesome."

Ellie joins three other iconic musicians and fellow musical advisers: Lionel Ritchie (Team Pharrell), Nick Jonas (Team Christina) and Meghan Trainor (Team Blake).

Of course, The Voice has a star-studded history. In addition to its incredible judges panel, Taylor Swift formerly mentored contestants back in 2014.

Ellie's role on The Voice is just one aspect of her very busy schedule. The singer recently showed off her fitness routine in a video for Nike. She also released "Love Me Like You Do" for the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack. And despite all of that, she still found time to share an adorable moment with Taylor Swift at the 2015 BRIT Awards.
