You might not think to ascribe the qualifier “dangerous” to a popular Disney song, but Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump think it’s an appropriate adjective for at least one track.

The band covered The Jungle Book's “I Wan’na Be Like You (The Monkey Song)” for the compilation album We Love Disney, available now on iTunes.

When asked to explain their reasoning behind choosing the track, Stump told VEVO, “There’s something kind of dangerous and punk rock about the way King Louie is in song, in the film, you know? He’s kind of a villain but kind of not — he’s kind of just out for himself and there’s something weirdly relatable about it, you know?”

If you're looking for a more succinct answer, bassist Pete Wentz summed it up by saying, “It’s The Jungle Book, it’s awesome."

Speaking about the group’s recording process -- in the above behind-the-scenes video premiering exclusively on PopCrush -- producer David Foster said, "Fall Out Boy was just a great surprise to have on this record. And they actually produced their own song their own way and it just brings new freshness to the project.”

We Love Disney features covers from other big name artists like Ariana Grande, Tori Kelly, Gwen Stefani, Jason Derulo and more.
