While we've had 'Frozen' fever since we first saw the animated Disney classic, the actual 'Frozen Fever' -- that is, the new 'Frozen' short -- doesn't hit theaters until next month. Fortunately for us, there's a new behind-the-scenes look at the making of the short to tide us over. Whew!

We've been freaking out over the stills from the movie, so you can imagine our reaction when we watched the BTS vid (which you can check out above). In the sneak peek, directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee reveal that the short came about in no small part thanks to the fans, who consumed the movie pretty much in every way imaginable. (It is the highest-grossing animated film of all time.)

Chris Buck explains that the film takes place "just a few months after" the events in the original movie, and Elsa, Kristoff, Sven and Olaf are working hard to prepare an awesome celebration for Anna's birthday. The only problem? Elsa has a cold, and it's -- you guessed it -- set to wreak some havoc on the kingdom of Arendelle.

Chomping at the bit to see 'Frozen Fever'? Be sure to check it out in theaters -- playing before Disney's live-action 'Cinderella' -- on March 13!
