Oh no! Robbie Coltrane, known for playing Rubeus Hagrid in the beloved 'Harry Potter' movies, was hospitalized immediately following a flight today (Jan. 29) from London to Ontario. TMZ reports that he was suffering from flu-like symptoms while on the plane, and was met at the gate by paramedics. He was then taken straight to the hospital, where he is set to stay overnight.

Robbie was apparently flying to Orlando for a 'Harry Potter' convention, along with Michael Gambon who also starred in the series as Albus Dumbledore, who is said to have been on the same flight.

An eyewitness alleges Robbie was drinking heavily in an airport lounge before takeoff, though those claims have yet to be substantiated. It is not known if alcohol contributed to Robbie's illness at this time.

While there are no further details as to what affliction Robbie was suffering from specifically, we hope he recovers quickly.
