Hollywood ‘Prankster’ Vitalii Sediuk Wears a Thong and Presses Up Against Ciara

It looks like notorious Hollywood "prankster" Vitalii Sediuk is at it again. And by "it" we mean somehow finagling his way to an event and giving a celebrity some seriously unwanted attention. His latest target? Ciara.

According to Just Jared, Ciara was walking the red carpet at the Valentino show at Paris Fashion Week when Sediuk walked up to her clad in nothing but a thong and glittery top. His leg was painted with the phrase, "Ban in USA but I rock Chanel." The photos (which you can see here) also showing him getting all up in the singer's personal space, turning to the side as he puts his arm around her.

Just a few days earlier, the 25-year-old Sediuk caused some seriously scary mayhem when he lunged at Kim Kardashian and almost tackled her to the ground. The terrifying incident, which was caught on video, also occurred during Paris Fashion Week.

It looks like Sediuk has set his sights on the European city after his endless "pranks" in the U.S. have gotten him into some serious troubles. And just in case you forgot, his not-so-innocent jokes include attacking Brad Pitt, crawling up America Ferrera's skirt, trying to kiss Will Smith and grabbing both Bradley Cooper and Leonardo DiCaprio's crotches.
