James Maslow Smolders at the 2014 Kids’ Choice Awards [PHOTOS]

James Maslow took a break from wowing the 'Dancing With the Stars' judges to hang out at the 2014 Kids' Choice Awards -- and we're glad he did!

The Big Time Rush singer looked ultra-handsome in a black shirt, black jacket and black kicks. Like his BTR bandmate Kendall Schmidt, James rocked red pants. He completed the look with a classic silver watch and a lil' facial scruff.

The suit jacket is a timeless red carpet staple, but we love that James' maroon pants add a pop of color and a little playfulness. Also, the studs on his shoes are so, so awesome. They're a great way to bring a little edge to the red -- er, orange -- carpet.
