In a recent video interview with 92.3 Now Radio, pop culture superstar Jennifer Lopez delved into a wide array of topics -- covering how she felt about being bestowed the title 'Most Beautiful Woman' by PEOPLE or sitting next to quippy co-judge Steven Tyler on 'American Idol,' how much she enjoys the 'Idol' job, and even her upcoming "docu-journey" about Latin American talent to her unending quest for 'Love?'

Speaking of 'Love?,' which came out this week, the album is fueled by the club banger 'On the Floor' -- and the world is nibbling daintily from J. Lo's well-manicured hand. It's good to be Jennifer Lopez and she's just so damn likeable; her approachability makes her that much more likable, as you can tell from this chat.

On being named PEOPLE's Most Beautiful Woman: "I was shocked. I was flattered and kinda like, 'What?' at the same time," Lopez says, revealing a natural surprise and sense of flattery at being bestowed with such an honor. "They said, 'We're doing this for the first time and we picked you.' When it came out, it was surreal experience. It's not something you expect to happen to you in your life." Her husband Marc Anthony disagreed with her sentiments, though. Lopez said, "He was like 'I always knew that.' He did the husband thing. He better!"

On enjoying her role on 'American Idol':
Lopez revealed that she used to watch the show and was basically a couch judge, but that once she got into the mix, she liked it more than she even thought she would. "I really do enjoy it, much more than I thought I was going to," she admits. "I was always a fan and watched from home. There is something about getting involved with the contestants. I've been in the music business for a long time, but you never get to talk to people about that. No one asks those questions in interviews, so it is fun to get to share that and they end up helping you in a weird way since you are analyzing it and it helps you grow."

On co-judge Steven Tyler, who graces the current issue of PEOPLE: "He is, but in a great way," Lopez says about the notion that the vocal and verbal Tyler is loose cannon. "He is a lot of fun and spontaneous. You never know what is going to come out of his mouth. It's fun, but it's like 'What?'" She even turned her head and offered an inquisitive look to further demonstrate her point!

On her forthcoming, Latin America-focused reality show:
"It's a docu-journey, it's me and Mark, it's kinda of like a reality show. It's us, not scripted. We're going through Latin America, looking for dancers, musicians, singers, for a Latin show," the singer/dancer/creative dynamo says. She and Anthony are respecting their roots with this endeavor. "It is a dream of ours to represent Latin music the way we feel it should be seen," she adds. "All the passion, all the different rhythms, all the different countries. It's very diverse. There are Colombians, Cubans, Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, Brazilians. It's a huge undertaking and we realize this, but we're going to do it anyway." The couple will take three months and comb 20 countries looking for talent.

On what inspired 'Love?':
"It was a couple years in the making, since the babies were born," she states."It's like I started making this the first time I fell in love, puppy love, when I was 13, trying to analyze and figure it out.  Love is the question but it is also the answer. It is a complex thing. Being in a great relationship right now, knock on wood, I am able to step back and look at it in a different way, with the babies, having had that kind of love."

On the mix of moods and tempos on 'Love?':
There's a dance side, an urban side and a slower, softer side to 'Love?,' but it's all Lopez in the end. "It's just me today talking about things I've learned along the way," the singer says.

On working with Lil Wayne for 'I'm Into You':
Their track came together fast and J. Lo recalled her initial contact with Weezy, saying, "I asked him, 'Are you going to do this record for me? We gotta do it quick, like this week.' He was like 'Yes, ma'am.' He was polite and such a Southern gentleman. That took me by surprise since he has the tats and the hip-hop vibe."

On working with Lady Gaga from afar: "I did not work in the studio with her, which I am kind of sad about," Lopez laments. RedOne, the producer who worked on some of Gaga's big hits, worked directly with Lopez, working on five tracks, two of which Gaga collaborated on from afar.
