Jennifer Lopez's wax figure at Madame Tussauds in Hollywood, Calif. was relaunched on Aug. 1, revealing a not-so-happy camper.

The choice to immortalize the generally sunny singer with a scowl on her face is beyond us, but it may have to do with her recent marital troubles.

Just three weeks ago, J.Lo announced her plans to divorce her husband Marc Anthony after seven years of marriage. The couple have two children together, 3-year-old twins Max and Emme.

“We have decided to end our marriage,” the couple said in a joint statement in July. “This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters.”

Lopez recently broke her silence about the split. In an interview with Vanity Fair, the 42-year-old said she worked hard at her marriage, but ultimately had to "walk away."

If her breakup has anything to do with the reasoning behind her figure's sourpuss face, Madame Tussauds has a twisted sense of humor. However, we think this is more of a case of a bad wax job than anything else.

Incarnations of the 'American Idol' judge also live in New York, London and Washington, D.C., albeit with less angry expressions on their faces. Lopez has not yet commented on her newly relaunched wax figure, but we have a feeling the 'I'm Into You' singer is not going to be into this.
