Congrats to Justin Bieber for notching his fourth Billboard Top 200 No. 1 with 'Believe.' The album cruised into the top slot, as expected, selling 374,000 copies its first week at retail, thanks to endless promotion and of course, the dedication and devotion of Beliebers. It surpasses Madonna's 'MDNA' for the biggest first week bow of the year. Madge sold 359,000 copies of her latest its first week out.

The album did not have the biggest sales week of the year overall. That honor went to Adele and her bazillion-seller '21,' which sold another 730,000 copies the week after the English rose cleaned up at the Grammys. We know, we didn't think there were 73 people, much less 730,000, left out there who don't own '21.'

But back to the matter at hand and JB's celebration. Since this is the Biebs' fourth No. 1 of his career, it's another accolade for him, since he has the most chart-topping albums for any artist in a two-and-a-half year span.

The Biebs also beat his own personal best. He sold 291,000 copies of 'My World 2.0' its first week; at the time that was his best tally. We must admit, we feel like we're doling out baseball stats, which are courtesy of Billboard.

In other 'Believe' news, the teen's label Island Def Jam confirmed that the next single from the album will be 'As Long As You Love Me.' Funny, JB sings, "We could be starving, we could be homeless, we could be broke. As long as you love me, I'll be your platinum, I'll be your silver, I'll be your gold." Well, if he wants to talk about being platinum and gold, he's on his way to that status, as 'Believe' should hit the million-sold mark sooner than later.

Congrats, kiddo.
