You would think that because Justin Bieber won an award specifically catered to Canadians... at a Canadian music award show, that he'd be a little more enthusiastic and excited. Or ya know, that he'd at least be given a podium to stand at to give an acceptance speech. But no.

Justin Bieber picked up the award for International Video of the Year by a Canadian for his 'Boyfriend' video at the 2012 MuchMusic Video Awards. Dressed in a simple black t-shirt and black pants, and a questionable sparkly gold bandana (or another large piece of fabric -- whatevs) hanging out of the back of his pants, the 18-year-old crooner took the stage almost as if he expected to win the award. We thought Drake would've easily walked away the winner, but we were so obviously mistaken.

"Thank you to my home, my family, my friends I wouldn't be here without you guys," said Justin as he accepted the award alongside Far East Movement. "You guys are amazing. And go get my album 'Believe!'" Nothing like an award show for a little self promotion, but we guess it means that he isn't quitting the music industry anytime soon!
