Katy Perry Paints Her Face, Reveals Her Best Features in Vogue Behind-the-Scenes Video
In this behind-the-clip video from Katy Perry's Vogue cover, the singer goes from makeup-free to a fully painted face -- and reveals key style secrets, such as why she has black hair and her two favorite features!
When she was 15, she dyed her hair black after chopping it off. It was bleached blonde like Madonna in 'Who's That Girl' and "it just didn't look right. So I bought a box of color and went black and [have] never gone back," Perry said.
Never gone back? Has all that hair dye killed brain cells and she forgot when she went pink and blue?
She also reveals that she is doing less dramatic looks, saying, "We used to like to do dramatic makeup but I think we are coming into the more age appropriate field of experimenting. My skin used to be a lot worse than it is. So we would do a lot more coverage because I was insecure about my skin."
As for her fave features? "My brows and my eyes are what frame my face," the singer said. "I have alright lips and alright cheekbones, but they are no showoffs. I can get my brows and my eyes right, that really sets the whole face."
