Katy Perry covers Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’

Katy Perry gave her French fans a special treat by performing a snippet of Lady Gaga's current hit single 'Born This Way' during her concert in Paris last night. Even more surprisingly, the 'California Girl' singer was accompanied only by a pair of acoustic guitars for the performance.

Perry, who recently had a few bad words, such as, oh, "blasphemy," to say about Ms. Gaga's 'Alejandro' video, showed she's clearly a fan of her peer's songwriting ability. She also demonstrated she can carry a song just fine in concert, and not just in the studio with the help of big-name producers.

You can see and hear for yourself when Perry's 2011 world tour hits the states June 7 with a concert in Atlanta, Ga. She will then spend two months crossing the country before ending with two shows in Santa Barbara, Ca. on August 13 and 14.
