Katy Perry Attends ‘The Smurfs’ World Premiere

In these pictures, see Katy Perry take her new blonde 'do to the red (blue) carpet at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York City. The songstress attended 'The Smurfs' world premiere this weekend alongside some life-size Smurfs (and a Smurfette).

In the flick, the 'Teenage Dream' superstar does the voice of Smurfette, so it was only fitting that she sported -- and showed off -- a sparkly Smurfette dress cut just to size. Though Perry was missing her formerly famous blue wig, she did make a statement with some shimmery blue eye makeup as she walked the blue shag into the theater.

'The Smurfs' opens in theaters everywhere on July 29 and also features Hank Azaria, Neil Patrick Harris, Sofia Vergara, and 'Glee' actress Jamya Mays.
