Lady Gaga Steps Out in Two Crazy Hats, Has Nip Slip in London [PHOTOS]

Last week, Lady Gaga was a Botticelli-like babe. Then she was tattered and ghostly. Now she is donning extreme, ornate hats and rocking all-black ensembles.

She wore a massive, feathered, Mohawk-like headpiece while out in London on Oct. 29. She paired it with high-waisted pants, major heels and a sheer top, under which she forgot to wear a bra. As she bent over to get in a car, she flashed some nipple action. It's not a big deal, since she's been going naked quite a bit this year.

Today (Oct. 30), Ma Monster stepped out in a tailored and structured black coat with a slit and thigh-high leather boots. We found out later she was mourning the loss of her family dog.

She was monochromatic in black, but looked like a modern, dominatrix version of Mary Poppins with her umbrella-shaped hat.

She was pulled together and proper, but sexy! That's hard to pull off. But we like her hat, which doubles as a mask.

She was in London earlier this week, gangsta chic style. She forgot her pants, but not her heels.
