Justin Bieber plans to launch his new perfume, Someday, this month, however, allegations that the fragrance's bottle bears a striking resemblance to Marc Jacobs' Lola scent has caused the fashion designer to consider legal action against the 17-year-old pop star.

Both fragrances boast a flower bottle cap, although the Lola scent has a multicolored bloom, while the Someday perfume features a red floral in the shape of a heart. But will the fashion designer go as far as filing a lawsuit?

According to WWD, Jacobs did confer with his fragrance company Coty about the similarities between the two bottles, but decided not to take legal action. "We just had a conversation about it," the 48-year-old says. "Coty said, 'Do we sue them?' and I said, 'You know what? Let everyone else say what they want'."

Jacobs continues, "I received Google (Alerts) about people saying it was derivative. We're not going to do anything about it ... I look around the room and I look at the work we've done and a quote I always bastardize but I really believe in, is something (Coco) Chanel said: 'He who insists on his own creativity has no memory'."
