By now, we all know that Meghan Trainor is 'All About That Bass' -- but did you know what inspired her to write the song? 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show.' And it all came full circle when she performed her hit on 'Ellen' on Sept. 11.

"After watching an episode of our show, our next guest was inspired to write a song about body image and acceptance," Ellen introduced Meghan, who certainly brought the positivity (with that '60s vibe!) to her bubbly performance of the addictive smash.

The blonde bombshell showed off her sultry curves in an adorable powder blue and black dress as she sang her hit with finesse, accompanied by four backup dancers that only helped to enhance the old-school vibe. And even though she was singing against a backing track, it was clear that Meghan made the performance her own, riffing countless times and showing off the true talent that is her sparkling voice. And have we mentioned how much we love this song? We just can't get enough!
