Although she has kept her hair much more styled since she tweeted this first photo of her chopped locks, Miley definitely reminded us of Ariel's crazy seagull crony Scuttle when we first saw the haircut. Now that Miley has been tending to her short mane more, we have to agree with Scuttle that she's got an "aesthetically pleasing configuration of hair."
