Miley Cyrus is quite the charitable and considerate teen who uses her star power for good. She has partnered with the Starkey Hearing Foundation in the past and is now linking up with actor Sean Penn's Help Haiti Home initiative.

The fund was launched as an effort to help 23,000 displaced Haitians who are currently living in a tent city. Many of these people were left homeless after theirs houses were destroyed by the devastating earthquake that occurred in Haiti in 2010.

According to ET Online, Cyrus will star in a PSA with Penn, along with actress/singer Zooey Deschanel, Edward Norton, Sara Silverman, Rainn Wilson, LL Cool J and Eric Dane. Cyrus and crew will use their voices and celebrity to encourage their fellow Americans to donate to the cause in addition to creating awareness and education about the struggles that the people of Haiti continue to deal with.

Cyrus appears in a photo wearing a bright red shirt with the phrase 'Help Haiti Home' in large, black lettering. She is taking the cause very seriously and hopefully her millions of fans will take heed and do whatever they can to help the people of Haiti.
