Miley Cyrus Attends Topshop Opening in Chicago

Miley Cyrus is on top of her style. Just yesterday (Sept. 8), the 18-year-old pop princess was spotted looking her best at the grand opening of the new British retail clothing store, Topshop, in Chicago, Ill.

There, smiley Miley filled her shopping bag and posed for paparazzi photos in front of the new store sign, and even stood in for a few pictures with billionaire businessman Sir Philip Green, who founded Topshop, and his daughter, Chloe. While we didn't get a glimpse inside Miley's Topshop bag, we did admire her pretty-in-pink ensemble. The young actress/recording artist sported sexy black leather pumps and a black leather skirt with a modest hot pink button-up as she smiled and flashed the peace sign in the Windy City.
