Is Nicki Minaj Feuding With Jennifer Lopez?

Uh oh! Looks like there may be some competition between two fierce divas. Rumor has it that since her performance on 'American Idol,' Nicki Minaj may have some beef with judge Jennifer Lopez. What happened?

Following her 'Starships' set, Minaj was nothing but warm and admiring to the panel when she expressed her desire to join them. "I was hoping maybe I could come back and be a guest judge. J. Lo, can you scoot over a little bit?" We don't think she said anything wrong. At worst she may have been poking fun at her and J. Lo's infamous posteriors, and even that's a stretch.

However, Lopez didn't seem all too amused by the Harajuku Barbie, retorting, I don't know if there's enough room for both of us." Ouch! So what's the status now?

Minaj chatted with the Hollywood Reporter and admitted that Lopez wasn't too happy about the situation, but that it was all in fun. "She didn't seem to be having it but she gonna have it!" Love that sass, Nicki! She continued, "No, actually, I love J. Lo. I love what she's done for pop culture I have nothing but respect for her and we were just joking around. I'm sure I'll have lots of fun with them when I'm guest judging."

While there's no definite date set for Minaj's guest stint, she's still thrilled at the notion. "Something like 'American Idol,' it's iconic and has been around for so long and created so many stars," said Minaj. "I would love to (guest judge) but as far as sitting down every week, I can't." We guess that takes her out of the running for 'X Factor' then!
