Even though fans will have to wait a little longer to see Nicki Minaj's 'Fly' video in it's entirety, the rapper will give her army of Barbies a sneak peek during the MTV Video Music Awards pre-show on Aug. 28.

Rihanna, who is featured on the track, will also appear in the 'Fly' video, bringing the beauty and star power to an all-time high in this clip. Sanaa Hamri, who has also worked with Christina Aguilera, Greyson Chance and Jay-Z, directed the video. Filming wrapped back in January, but the video's release was delayed so Minaj could release her summer hit 'Super Bass' as the next single off of her 'Pink Friday' album.

Minaj has made public statements about the video, assuring her fans that it will be a spectacular visual. "The Rihanna video is a freakin’ epic movie" Minaj told MTV a few months back. She also commented to E! Online on the 'Fly' clip, saying (via Rap Up), "We’re going to save the world in more ways than one with the video."

Back in January, Rihanna tweeted a picture from the set of the video, writing, "Me and Nikki in our new crib, lol! Gettin busy on set of FLY!!! Its so hard to keep my hands off!" Hmm, could these girls be getting a little frisky in the video? In the picture, Minaj is wearing a spiked, hot pink dress and black wig, while Rihanna was still sporting her red hairdo, this time in a pin-straight style with bangs.

Tune in to the MTV VMA pre-show, which will be hosted by Selena Gomez, on Aug. 28 to catch the preview of Minaj and RiRi's 'Fly' video.
