One Direction vs. Coldplay – Battle of the Brits, Quarterfinals

Directioners have spoken, propelling One Direction into the Quarterfinals of the Battle of the Brits. The boy band will battle rock veterans Coldplay to move on to the fourth face-off.

Last round, One Direction raked in 65% of the vote against Little Mix. This is just the latest victory in the boys' conquest to take over the world. After all, they already have a slew of No. 1 hits, an upcoming 3D movie titled 'This Is Us,' and graced the cover of GQ!

Coldplay barely squeaked by against the Script with a little more than 50% of the vote in Round 2. Although the Script has been populating radio waves with songs like 'Hall of Fame,' they were no match for the Coldplay's loyal fan base.
