It was a tough race, but Pink has defeated her younger pop counterpart Demi Lovato in the latest Pop Clash. Her new single 'Just Give Me a Reason' was neck and neck with Demi's 'Heart Attack,' but the Lovatics were trumped at the last second and Pink lovers powered through to the top!

Congrats to everyone who voted and of course, to Pink, who will go on to face a new competitor this week, Taylor Swift! Ms. Moore's 'Just Give Me a Reason' will be pitted against Swift's newest 'Red' single, '22,' in a battle of rough-and-tough ballad versus cute, lighthearted dance-pop. Both of these songs are so dang good for such different reasons, it will be interesting to see who wins.

Pink's 'Truth About Love' album is full of honest, raw emotion, and 'Just Give Me a Reason' is definitely one of her shining moments on the critically-acclaimed LP. On the track, Pink duets with fun. frontman Nate Ruess, and the combination of Ruess' unique, higher vocal range with Pink's often husky, hugely powerful voice is like pop perfection. The duo trade verses on the percussion-heavy, hopeful love song, with both artists belting: "Oh tear ducts and rust / I'll fix it for us / We're collecting dust / But our love's enough / You're holding it in / You're pouring a drink / No nothing is as bad as it seems."

Conversely, instead of singing about the ups-and-downs of love, Taylor Swift is all about having fun and finding happiness with a guy on '22.' The dancey, feel-good, straight-up pop song is much more upbeat than the rest of her 'Red' singles, at least lyrically, as she praises youth and new romance and all they have to offer: "I don't know about you / But I'm feeling 22 / Everything will be alright / If you keep me next to you / You don't know about me / But I'll bet you want to / Everything will be alright / If we just keep dancing like we're 22."

Rules of Pop Clash: The artist and song with the most votes wins, and the winner goes on to face a different challenger the following week. If an artist wins four weeks in a row, they will be retired into the Pop Clash Hall of Fame in order to give others a chance to compete.
