The Brits sure love Rihanna! The 'We Found Love' singer sold a whopping 15 million records in the U.K. alone -- no small feat.

In the past year, RiRi sold 5 million copies of 'Loud' and 'Talk That Talk' in the U.K., and is the only star to nab five No. 1 singles in consecutive years in the country. 'Talk That Talk' was Rihanna's third No . 1 album across the pond.

Rihanna's demonstrated a lot of love for her U.K. fans. RiRi rode the tube (that's Brit slang for "subway") to her own concert in London at the O2 Arena. It appears her actions, as well as her catchy hit singles, have kept her in the U.K.'s good graces despite some lackluster London appearances.

"Selling 15 million records in the UK is a remarkable achievement," Mercury Music Group president Jason Iley said . "Rihanna's only 24 and I have no doubt she'll sell another 15 million records in the near future. It's not about speed, it's about longevity, and Rihanna has a long career ahead of her."

Why does he think she's so successful? "From the start Rihanna and her team have treated the U.K. like home. She's totally embraced Britain -- right down to our public transport systems," Iley said. Her work ethic is incredible. She understands the label, as well as the promotional opportunities that we've created."

Smart, sexy and singing her butt off (perhaps literally)? That'll do it. Congrats, RiRi!
