If you've watched Rihanna's controversial video for 'We Found Love,' the imagery of love, passion and mayhem seems to be the running concept of the clip. According to director Melina Matsoukas, the video represents some of the motifs found on on Rihanna's upcoming LP 'Talk That Talk.'

"I think it sets up definitely the imagery for the album and it's in line with what they're doing," she tells MTV. "So that's good, and I'm sure there's plenty more, hopefully. I'm not sure, but [we'll see]. She called me after, and she loves it and I love it."

Despite the firestorm of controversy the video has caused since its release, Matsoukas hopes she and RiRi will team up again to create another visually-stunning video. "I mean, we'll see," she said. "There's definitely some more music coming out and I'm sure we'll do some more collaborating. I definitely would love to. I'm excited that I got to do the first one off her new album, the first single. I've never done that, so that was good."

Rihanna's new album 'Talk That Talk' will arrive in stores on Nov. 21.
